Indonesian citizen born in 1950. He has been serving as a Vice President Commissioner / Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2012 based on Deed No. 105 dated 27 June 2012 and previously serving as a President Commissioner of the Company since 2008 based on Deed No. 10 dated 13 October 2008. As a Major General (Retired), he concurrently is serving as a Commissioner of PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik since 2007. He was a Security Assistant to the Chief of Staff of the Army in 2003–2006, an Indonesian Defense Attache in Canberra, Australia in 1998– 2001, an Indonesian Defence Attache staff in London, UK in 1986–1989. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1973 and National Security Agency Republic of Indonesia (Lemhanas) in 2002.

Indonesian citizen born in 1954. He appointed as a member of Audit and Risk Management of the Company since 30 May 2014 based on Board of Commissioner Decree dated 30 May 2014 for the period up to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholder year 2017. He began his career in PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia starting from 1990 to 2009 with his last position as General Manager in charge of Accounting and Reporting. He also serves as member of the Audit Committee of PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia since 2009 until now.

Reza Adhytia Datunsolang

Member

An Indonesian citizen born in 1978. He appointed as a member of Audit and Risk Management of the Company on 6 January 2020 based on the Decree of the Company's Board of Commissioners dated 6 January 2020 for the period up to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020. He began his career as an Accountant at PT Gorontalo Fitrah Mandiri from 2008 to 2009, then as an Accountant at PT Irtamasetia Mandiri from 2009 to 2011 and most recently as a Senior Accountant at PT Raja Kutai Baru Makmur from 2011 to 2019.
