Indonesian citizen born in 1970. He appointed as a President Director of the Company since 4 December 2018, based on Deed No. 9 dated 4 December 2018. Previously he served as Director of the Company since June 2013 until December 2018. Since October 2018 he also serves as President Commissioner at PT Bormindo Nusantara. Previously He served as President Director at KSO Senayan National Golf since 2016 until December 2018 and also as Finance Director at PT Raja Kutai Baru Makmur since 2013 until May 2018. He also served as Finance Director at PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia in 2010–2012. He started his career as an auditor at KAP Prasetio & Utomo (SGV, an affiliate of Arthur Andersen). In 1995–2008 he became a manager at KAP Purwantono, Sarwoko and Sandjaja (Ernst & Young). Then in 2008 he joined MNK as the General Manager of Corporate Finance. He earned a BA in Accounting from the University of Andalas, Padang, West Sumatra in 1994.

Indonesian Citizen born in 1983. He appointed as Director of the Company since 30 October 2017 based on Deed No. 56 dated 30 October 2017. Since 2014 he also serves as President Director at PT Indotan Sumbawa Barat and since 2012 he also serves as Director at PT Trias Pratama Multindo. Previously he was the Director of PT Genesis Sumber Energi in 2010-2016. In 2008 – 2012 he became an assistant to the President Director of PT Ilthabi Bara Utama.

Ahmad Zakky Habibie

Director

Indonesian citizen born in 1980. He is appointed as Director of the Company from July 2022. He also served as Executive Director of Ancora Foundation from June 2019. Previously he served as COO Ancora Foundation from September 2018 until June 2019. He has also served as Knowledge Management Officer and Program Development And Facilitation Officer at the Putera Sampoerna Foundation from November 2009 to June 2011. Digital Content Producer; São Paulo, Brazil from March to October 2009, Grant Proposal Writer Apprentice, ttz-bremerhaven; Bremerhaven, Germany from January to July 2005. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 2002.
