Indonesian citizen born in 1950. He appointed as a President Commissioner / Independen Commissioner of the Company since 4 December 2018, based on Deed No. 9 dated 4 December 2018. Previously he served as Vice President Commissioner / Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2012 until December 2018 and as a President Commissioner of the Company since 2008 untuk 2012. As a Major General (Retired), he concurrently serves as a Commissioner of PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik since 2007. He was a Security Assistant to the Chief of Staff of the Army in 2003–2006, an Indonesian Defense Attache in Canberra, Australia in 1998– 2001, an Indonesian Defence Attache staff in London, UK in 1986–1989. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1973 and National Security Agency Republic of Indonesia (Lemhanas) in 2002.
Edwin Stamboel

Indonesian citizen born in 1955. He appointed as a Vice President Commissioner of the Company since 4 December 2018, based on Deed No. 9 dated 4 December 2018. Previously he served as Commissioner of the Company since 2008 until December 2018. He served as a Managing Director of PT Indovest Securities in 1991–1996 and as the Director of the Jakarta Stock Exchange in 1996–1999. He was a Commissioner of PT Global Inter Capital in 2000– 2003. He is concurrently serving as a Commissioner of PT Zeta Tama Prima since 2003. He earned a Bachelor of Law from Trisakti University in 1979.
Galih Dimuntur Kartasasmita

Indonesian Citizen born in 1982. He appointed as Commissioner of the Company since 30 October 2017 based on Deed No. 56 dated 30 October 2017. Since 2014 he also serves as Director at PT Indotan Sumbawa Barat and since 2014 he also serves as President Director at PT Mahagatra Karagenan Indonesia. Previously he was the Director of Kangaroo Resources Limited in 2010-2011. In 2007 – 2010 he became an Investment / Portofolio Manager of PT Bakrie and Brothers, Tbk.
